First is the

Need more
horsepower and better sound?
The best way to do that is to have our Melrose Header Exhaust System
installed on your C6 Corvette. For LS3 C6 Corvettes we use a D Shaped
Melrose Exhaust Header to match the cylinder head exhaust port.
This kit has
everything you
need to put you out front. Flanges are 3/8” thick CNC cut for a
precision fit. The long tube Smooth Flow design allows excellent
scavenging properties. Headers are Jet-Hot coated inside and out
typically reducing exterior temps by 60% extending engine component life
and increasing horsepower. Headers are constructed using 1.750” primary
tubes and 3” collectors. Catalytic converters are Random Technologies
high flow stainless steel. Has true Random Technologies x-pipe design
intermediate pipe made out of stainless steel.
Best of all this header system
will look shiny and new for years to come. Will not change color or rust
like the other brands.

LG Long Tube "STREET SERIES" Headers
for your C5.
The new Street Series headers feature Pro
Long Tube primary design, 3” collectors, 2 ½” system design with 2 ½” X
pipe. These headers are built completely out of T-304 stainless steel
and are fully polished front to rear. Gains of 27-35 horsepower and
30-35 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels are common. No cutting or
welding is required. Header Package includes Stainless Steel Headers,
High Flow Catalytic Converters and X-pipe with all Clamps and Bolts.
