Performance hydraulic
roller lifters
are substantially better than OEM lifters. First, the body is
CNC-machined billet steel which is more rigid, stable and dimensionally
accurate than OE lifter bodies. They are also of the desirable long
travel design, for use with high-lift performance and racing aftermarket
cams with up to .700 valve lift. Internal valuing is designed to
correctly meter oil at the pressures needed to prevent hydraulic lifter
pump up. These lifters have been proven to function reliably at engine
speeds of up to 7,000 RPM.
These are
the same roller lifters
we use in
our C6 RXx 2 package . Their performance under high RPM is excellent.
